Double room in beautiful richmond house

My housemates are moving out so posting this in hope of finding someone to take over my room as i’m moving home for the summer🥰

Double room with good lighting and good storage space. The bathroom is sahred with one other person and is always tidy. The living room and kitchen has an open floor plan, and lovely garden that is perfect now for the summer. There is parking available in the driveway and on-street.

Our home is a mix of nationalities, and we’re LGBTQIA+ friendly. We’re hoping to find someone who is kind, respectful, and fits right in.

The house itself is located just across the river from Richmond high street and is situated on a leafy, quiet residential street. It is a 10 minute walk from St Margaret's station and a 15-18 minute walk from Richmond station with links to London via South Western railway, overground and District line.

We also have a lovely cleaner who comes in every Monday to clean the communal areas (kitchen, living room, porch and stairs) for us, though we do ensure to keep the area as clean as possible in between.
