Bright double room in lovely house w/ a garden

We have a bright double room available in a friendly four bedroom house in Richmond!

I'm moving out to buy my own place, so you'll be sharing with Sophie, Nista and Chloe. We all do a mix of wfh and commuting, and are usually all out and about a lot but try and socialise when we get time together!

The house and room:
The house is a lovely 3 storey house in a great location in Richmond. We are less than 5 minutes' walk to Richmond station and the High Street, via a private gate with a key fob so it feels very safe. 10 minute walk to the riverside and 15-20 minute's walk to beautiful Richmond Hill and Richmond Park.

The room itself is a comfortable and bright double room. There is a bed/mattress, chest of drawers and wardrobe provided in the room, and there's good space for a desk/additional storage. The room is on the first floor at the front of the house with plenty of natural light.

One of the rooms has an ensuite so you'd share the main bathroom (with shower over bath) with two others, and there's a ground floor toilet as well.

There is a parking space and on-road parking via a permit system.

Bills etc.
The room, including all bills is £884. This includes all the usual household bills, including wifi & TV, plus all things we need to purchase collectively (loo rolls, cleaning products etc), and we have an excellent cleaner who comes every 2 weeks, and cleans our rooms as well as the common areas. The deposit is £750 and is kept in a secure Tenancy Deposit Scheme. The house is on a yearly rolling contract but people can move out at any time by finding a replacement.
