Living Room

A lovely ensuite double bedroom with plentiful storage available in Petersham, a short distance from Richmond. The house has been recently renovated to a high standard - it is very light and airy, with an open living room and kitchen. The house will be shared with me, a 52 year old self-employed woman and my high-maintenance dog, a retriever.

This room would suit a professional or mature student who likes a beautiful, quiet place to live and who cares about cleanliness and tidiness, is respectful of the environment in which they live and is a good, clear communicator.

I am a non-drinker who is mindful about health and self-care. I tend to be an early riser and am not one for late nights. I love walking, playing tennis, going to the theatre and singing. I am about to perform in a play, which will keep me busy a lot of evenings and weekends.

It is essential that the tenant is a dog-lover and has experience of dogs, and would ideally like to live with and be part of a dog's life - potentially open to some dog walking and care.
