I’m looking for a friendly, easygoing professional to share my beautiful bright and modern 2-bed, 2-bath flat in Richmond, just a few minutes’ walk from Richmond Station.

The flat has a lovely living area, balcony and great transport links.

The double room comes unfurnished, although there’s an option to purchase the bed pictured. You’ll also have sole use of your own bathroom directly opposite the bedroom.

A little about me – I’m a freelance hair and makeup artist. I travel quite a bit for work, so I’m often away. I’m sociable, relaxed and independent, and enjoy a balance of going out and having my own space.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone with a similar lifestyle – a busy professional who’s friendly, clean, tidy, considerate and has their own social life.

I’d love someone who’s happy to have the occasional chat or glass of wine, but equally respects each other’s space.
