Lovely bright modern suite of rooms consisting of large sitting room (5. 5m x 2. 80m), separate bedroom and own shower room on top floor of spacious Victorian house situated in a very quiet, safe leafy road next to Richmond Bridge and river with lovely view towards Richmond Hill. The town centre is a short 5 minute walk with excellent transport connections to London(fast SW train to Waterloo 15 mins + District line, motorway network M4/M3/M25)and lots of great restaurants, cafes/bars, cinemas, theatre and shops.
All usual amenities in house including broadband/WIFI, cable TV and DVD (own in room)etc. Bed linen and towels provided if wanted.
I’m looking for a relaxed, clean and tidy professional independent person who wants a quiet retreat at the end of a busy working day like me.
Additional bonus – I have a weekly cleaner who cleans the rooms which is included in the rental. Also last thing to mention – I have a cat but he is pretty elusive most of the time preferring to spend life outdoors!
