I have a lovely double bedroom in my spacious 2 bed flat available to move in right away.
The flat is located 10 mins walk from Richmond Park in a very green, quiet well managed estate with landscaped communal gardens and a relaxing pond/lake, both perfect for summer picnics. The room is bright with 2 double glazed windows with blinds fitted in and spacious at 13 square metres.
It will come with floor to ceiling built in wardrobes, double bed, sofa, own fridge/freezer and a bookcase as well as optional small folding desk/table and a double bed. The flat has everything you need and I'm happy to share things if you tell me what you need, that's the whole point.
KITCHEN & BATHROOM
There is a beautiful fully equipped sit-down kitchen with all modern amenities and equipment available for your use. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher.
Bathroom is also spacious, has a large bathtub as well as separate shower cabin.
ADDITIONAL INFO
Bills come to extra £200 per month. That covers heating, hot water, ultra fast Virgin broadband 250mbps internet, tv licence, council tax, water, and electricity. I am also throwing in my streaming services netflix and prime video.
There is free parking available. The flat is located 10-15 mins walk from Richmond station with district line, overground and national rail available providing easy access to the city as well as local buses.
WHO WOULD BE A GOOD FIT
I am looking for a nice, respectful and clean flatmate to share this beautiful home with. Ideally you would be a professional in your 30's looking to have a peaceful home to come back to after work. This is the most incredible flat and I am sure the right person will be very happy here.

I'm a 34 years old professional. I'm friendly, conaiderate and clean. I am sociable but also really need my space so equally love a chat and a board game, but often spend time in my own space or out.
