The Area:
The flat is located in a strategic area, particularly for the summer season. Raphael park is down the road, only a 15 min walk. Romford station (Elizabeth Line & C2C) is only an 8 min walk away - can be in Stratford in 25 mins and Liverpool Street in 35 mins.
The flat is about a 15 min walk to Queens Hospital.
I'll be looking for someone to move in around 1st August 2026.
