Have a double room available for rent in a quiet area of Romford. The house is spacious with plenty of share communal space.

The house has two male tenants already living at the house. The house is very respectful, and all tenants are extremely neat and tidy and considerate of other Housemates. Please only enquire if you have a similar ethos.

The room is furnished including a double bed, chest of drawers, large wardrobe space, and side table. There is also plenty of under bed storage.

The house is very spacious, and would want any housemate to feel as though it was their home too. The street is really quiet. Friendly neighbours. There is a parking space on the drive and plenty of on street parking. There is a small garden available.

There is an upstairs bathroom/toilet and additonal downstairs toilet.

Rent includes all bill.

Strictly no smoking at the house!
