It can also be furnished to suit your needs, with options including a wardrobe, desk, office chair, bedside table and shelving, making it a comfortable space to relax, study or work from home.

The home is kept clean, tidy and peaceful, with a respectful and considerate atmosphere. This would suit someone who is looking for a calm, secure and comfortable home rather than a party house.

The house is only a 10 minute walk from Romford Station, with excellent transport links into Central London:

• Elizabeth Line: approx. 29 minutes to Liverpool Street
• Greater Anglia: approx. 18 minutes to Liverpool Street

There is also a secure private garage with easy access available at extra cost. This can be discussed if needed.

There is also a lovely south facing private garden, which gets direct sunlight for most of the day. It already has a pergola with a table and chairs, plus sun loungers, making it a lovely space to relax, enjoy a coffee, read, or unwind after work.

A private home gym and wellness space is also being set up, with equipment for strength work, mobility, stretching and recovery. Some equipment is already in place, with more coming soon.

• Single room: £600 per month
• Double room: £800 per month
• Double en suite room: £1100 per month
