Lovely double room - perfect for commute

I recently got this place and want to open it up to someone cool who is looking form a longer stay. Would love to make this a shared home and not just a place to sleep.

I’m Mike (@mik. eeyy), 27 grew up south east, moved about here and there and now got my first home! I love seeing live jazz/soul/hip hop or most gigs and going to the pub! I’m very much into techno too so love a rave sometimes. Getting more into hiking now and playing padel. Very much into tattoos and drawing sometimes. After work I usually go for watch a movie/series or read a book with a little white wine hehe. Going to markets, thrifting and playing chess is also up there,

The location 📍
- 5 min walk to the Romford station (Elizabeth line takes 30 mins to Liverpool Street, 20 mins to Stratford and has national rail and the overground liberty line)
- tucked away house so no noise from the centre
- balcony gets sunset light

The flat 🏡
- 2 bed rooms, one of which is mine
- open living room and kitchen
- big balcony (my fave other than the couch)
- big new sofa in a lovely burnt orange colour
- Phillips lights throughout the flat to get comfy and have super nice lighting
- I want to paint the walls (help me pick a colour??)
- comes with a parking space (off street) and a bike shed

(Still some stuff to do as you can see but it’s just taking me time 🫶🏼)

The room 🛌
- double bed
- built in wardrobe
- has night table and side board ready to be built but was waiting to see if someone wanted to bring their own stuff (again, looking for someone to make it their own, but if not I can build them)
- honestly free to make this your own if you want to paint too, you go for it
