House near Romford station. Rooms avail.

I own a 4 bed property in Romford and ideally, I am looking for 2 other females to share the house. I am currently on my own.
It’s a big beautiful modern home. There is a very large kitchen open plan space and a garden. It’s a peaceful home with nice neighbours. I live quietly with no pets, no smoking or drinking.
It has 1 bathroom by the rooms upstairs but 2 toilets (1 downstairs too).
I am a professional, I work in the city and I go in to the office 2/3 days a week. I also spend a lot of time away with my family so ideally I’m looking for someone I can trust to keep the house well kept. I will keep the downstairs room to myself.
My husband lives abroad and so this is a rare circumstance where I’ll be working in the UK. I will also be travelling abroad most holidays to see my husband. I just want someone trustworthy who can take care of the home in the periods that I am away.
There is also a single room upstairs which I don’t intend to rent out unless if I move abroad in the future then I will keep my things in there and rent out the downstairs room.
Romford station is about 15-20m walk away but you can also get a bus. Transport links to the city is great with the Elizabeth line.
There’s a local Tesco around the corner and shopping centre nearby with cafes and shops.
I need to work out the likely costs as the house is vacant so currently minimal bills but it is likely working out around £1,000 or just a little over each.
Furnishings - wardrobe and beds available in the room. washing machine, fridge, cooker, oven. Currently no tv or sofa but I’m sure I can work something out and same goes for if anything is missing
