Cosy Single Room, in Romford Flat

This is a cosy single room, in a flat shared with myself (30y, Female, Working Professional). The rent includes bills (Council Tax, Internet, Water, Electricity).

There is a washing machine,
TV with Netflix/Disney+/Amazon Prime + 100+ regular channels etc
Extra storage in the garage

The room is currently used as an office/dressing room but everything will be moved out and I can get a bed if you don’t have one already. I also can give you the chest of drawers to use + the wardrobes pictured.

There will be a cleaner who comes bi-weekly.
15/20 min walk to the Elizabeth line/ local town centre. You can also get there in 10 mins or less via a bus that stops right in front of the building and the station. An Iceland is below us, so supermarket is super close. Free street parking nearby.

I’m looking for someone friendly, tidy and easy to get on with. I will be away on trips so there will be times where you have the whole flat to yourself!
