The room comes with a kingsize bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV stand.
Rent is £535 per calendar month and the deposit is £535.
There is a feature wall in the room which is feminine so may suit a woman but men are welcome to look.
The shared lounge/kitchen is on the top floor and you will have access to 2 bathrooms.
The ground floor on the property is for a elderly couple.
For two people the price is increased to £645 per calendar month.
