Cozy Room for short let

A medium-sized single room is available for one professional person in a very quiet, neat, and homely house.
People working night shifts are preferred, but others are also welcome.

About the house:
• 3-bedroom house in total
• One en-suite room occupied by me and my husband
• One double room occupied by an IT professional working from home
• This single room (medium size) is available

You will be sharing the bathroom with only one person .
The kitchen is shared, but it is free most of the time as everyone follows work schedules.

House environment:
• Very quiet, peaceful, and respectful
• Ideal for working professionals or people working from home
• No loud music, parties, or outside guests
• Everyone respects each other’s privacy

Additional details:
• Short-term stay available (dates and months are flexible)
• Rent: £700 per month, all bills included (Wi-Fi, utilities, etc.)
• Rent is slightly negotiable

We are Indian nationals, but we welcome people of all nationalities and backgrounds.
