The one thing to know
The cabin doesn't have its own bathroom, you'd use the bathroom in the main house, shared with me and few other people. It's a few steps across the garden. I'd rather be clear about this up front than have you find out later.

A single professional or mature student who wants somewhere calm, private and is happy with a friendly, respectful house-share arrangement.
