We're looking to rent out our spare room, we're looking for a female preferred. No couples and only looking for Professionals with references.

Dietary restrictions: Halal or Vegetarian ideally, this can be discussed.

About the property:
The room includes the use of bathroom on the same floor which is fitted with a clean shower and toilet and finished with porcelain tiles. The room has a double wardrobe, a divan bed with drawers and a bedside cabinet. The property has 4 bedrooms with a shared kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and hob/oven. Everything is in fantastic condition as we have recently renovated.

We are a 5-10 minute walk away from local shops & amenities such as Lidl, Tesco, post office, boots and more, including an incredible amount of restaurants. As well as a 10-12 minute walk to Southall Station which boasts the Elizabeth line connecting you from West to East.

We're a Mother, daughter and son. Looking for someone clean who is going to treat our place like their own and treat it with care.
