About me
I am a male, live-in landlord & in my late-20s. I work full time and only WFH on occasion. I have many hobbies: volunteering, horses, music etc. I like my flat to be a friendly, respectful environment. Always happy to chat or have a drink, but I like an environment where we are each respectful of each other’s space. I like things to be clean, but it’s not a cleaning rota vibe, more of a vibe of each making reasonable efforts to keep shared spaces clean and in good order.

Ideal Tenant
I am looking for a friendly professional tenant who is considerate, respectful, social and keen to maintain a clean and pleasant shared home. It’s of course fine if you WFH a couple of days a week and hopefully you’ll have your own hobbies too.

The room is priced at £950 pcm, not including bills, payable on the 1st of each month. Bills are shared equally among us.

I do sometimes have friendly dogs visit who I look after for friends & family, so you must be comfortable with exuberant dogs but lovely dogs.

Definitely not a party home, but reasonable friends/family/dinner parties of course welcome.

* Hanwell Station (Elizabeth line):Approximately 0.6 miles away, around a 12–15-minute walk.
* Ealing Hospital: Approximately 0.4 miles away, making it convenient for hospital staff and other local professionals. Also close to St Bernard's Hospital.
