Whole flat for short term rent (2 beds)

I'm looking for someone to rent my beautiful, newly furnished flat in St Margarets. 3 mins walk to the river, 8 mins walk to St Margarets station and 15 mins walk to Richmond. With its own balcony (with sofa) and great views. It’s a 2 bedroom flat but the second bedroom is on the mezzanine (not 100% private) there is a double bed on the mezzanine. I’m looking for a single person or a couple to look after it on a short term basis (flexible). Flat also has bathroom with bath/shower, sitting room, dining room, balcony. Any questions, please ask. Parking on the street is possible but restricted during 10 - 12 daily. Bills not included in this price but I can provide you with an estimate.
