3 bed house (ft a spare room) in St Margaret's

The house has three floors with the largest room on its own on the first floor, and the other available room at the top of the house featuring it's own bathroom. The rooms are part furnished with current tenants looking to sell the bed, etc for a fair price.

I'm Felix and I have been living in the flat for two years. My friend Kez is joining the tenancy and we are looking for one more person to complete our little trio.

The house is a spacious property featuring two bathrooms, a large shared kitchen and a spacious lounge area. We also have one spare room which is great for if you ever have friends or family over to stay.

The rent is 900pcm and bills are not included. The property is well located less than a minutes walk from St Margaret's station (which is just 30 mins from Waterloo), 10 mins walk to Twickenham station or 20 mins walk to Richmond. We have a number of green parks near by and plenty of nice walks available.

About me and Kez. I work in PR over in Kingston and Kez works at Heathrow (so she's the person to know for cheap flights). We have quite a relaxed flat and enjoy chilling out together, whether it's cooking dinner and watching Traitors or doing a pub quiz or some boardgames.
