A bright and comfortable single room is available for one working professional in a clean, quiet and friendly house, just a 3-minute walk from Sudbury Hill Station (Piccadilly Line, Zone 4).
The kitchen and bathroom are shared with three full-time working professionals who are respectful, quiet and considerate. They spend most of their time at work and rarely use the kitchen, so there are no long cooking sessions or queues. Everyone values a calm, tidy home, and there are no parties or late-night noise.
We are looking for a tenant who:
Works full-time.
Is clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces.
Enjoys a quiet home environment.
Is a non-smoker.
Will fit well with the peaceful atmosphere of the house.
The room will be available from 26 July. A two-week deposit is required.
This is a home for someone who appreciates a relaxed and respectful living environment rather than a busy social house.
