The room has 2 single beds & also has 2 fitted wardrobes with computer table and conservatory ( Living Space ) attached for sharing,

1. Double room for sharing - £420 a month per person - bills are included, Unlimited Wi fi,

Communal area such as Bathroom, kitchen , conservatory and corridor are cleaned by alternate among people living in the flat.
If you are not into cleaning it’s ok, you will be charged £25 per month extra.

Prefer vegetarian - Eggs are fine.
If you are not vegetarian but consume meat only outside, it’s ok

There is shared bathroom, kitchen and Living room(Conservatory) and huge garden. We are quite chilled people, professionals.

It’s 3 mins walking distance from Sudbury Hill tube station, 10 min bus to Greenford .
shops near by including Iceland, Polish shop, mini supermarket with great vegetables on the high street,
We have a quite enjoyable household.
