I have one unfurnished double room available in a spacious ground floor flat in a great location in Surbiton from November 1st!

The rest of the flat is fully furnished and everything will be shared, there is super quick WiFi available.

The room itself is big enough for a couple of sets of drawers and has a decent size built in wardrobe. Despite being unfurnished there is an option for an ottoman bed and mattress, plus chest of drawers available to be left by the previous tenant.

The rest of the flat is very spacious with a large open plan living/dining area, and a nice sized kitchen with all mod cons included.

Bathroom has no separate toilet but again is very clean and modern, comes with a bath and a shower.

There is also a small balcony attached to the living room which is great in nice weather!

The flat is located about a 7 minute walk from Surbiton train station, which has some trains that will reach Waterloo in 19 minutes, also has a bus stop right outside which runs into Kingston upon Thames so very good transport routes!

Most of Surbiton is permit parking so if you want to park you will have to purchase a permit which I can give more information about if required.

The flat is all electric so no gas, there are electric heaters instead of radiators but they are very powerful especially in the winter!

I am looking for a flat mate who is very easy going and is looking to just have a good work life balance, whilst keeping the flat as clean as possible (its very easy to clean which is a bonus!)
