We are looking for the 4th member of our house community.
The room is furnished (double bed with under-bed storage drawers, wardrobe, desk, chair, and bedside table). The kitchen is fully equipped (incl. a tumble dryer). The house has a garden, with a shed for bike storage!

Close to Sainsbury local, 24/7 Tesco, Iceland, and Coop. Close to bus stop, 3 minutes walking distance to 281, 406, 418, 662, K1, 265. Easy direct access by bus to Surbiton, Kingston, New Malden, Epsom, Putney, Roehampton, Raynes Park.
A large recreation ground (Alexandra) is nearby.
Quiet street, free parking on the street.

The rental price includes the council tax, super-fast internet (Gbit), and water.
Top of the room price 1/4th (quarter) of GAS and ELECTRICITY BILLS due to be paid. These two bills rarely go close to £100/person/month, during summer months these are around £30-40.

Deposit (£730) must be paid before moving in, not after, not later, etc!

There are 4 bedrooms in the house altogether with 4 tenants who will live there might including you.
