I have a good size double room for rent in a spacious 3 bed 2bathroom house which is located in a cul-de-sac with a green out the front and a garden. There is also the option to rent a double room in the garden summer house if preferred.

The house is decorated and maintained to a high standard as it was once a family home.

🚎 Buses run regularly from the end of the road to Surbiton and Kingston (15mins away).
🚗 You can get on the A3 in seconds to get to the M25 or it’s a straight road into Central London.
✈️ Heathrow is 20mins away by car.

🍽️ Tolworth High St has everything you need including a big M&S food hall and a variety of shops/post office, beauty salons etc.
