Looking for international, European exchange female student or Erasmus female student. No couples or males.
Have hosted for Kingston University for some years.
Tidy and respectful. I’m sociable and easygoing.
Lovely sunny double room in KT6. Easy transport to Kingston about 15/20 mins on bus depending on time of day.
New furniture and bedding. Fully furnished with good storage and bedding supplied. Shared bathroom with live in landlady and another student. Large kitchen, own fridge and cupboard. Use of sunroom as an evening lounge with Tv. Good wifi. South facing garden.
Have a weekly cleaner, a nice bonus.
Great bus routes into Surbiton, (Surbiton station 17 mins to Waterloo) Kingston,
Good local shops and fast food places. Couple of good pubs locally.
Bills included.
Would need Council tax exemption form and University acceptance letter.
