Double bedroom Surbiton

It’s a small, but cosy flat. 2 bedroom, bathroom with shower and a small kitchen. Kitchen is fully equipped with gas burners, oven, microwave and washing machine, as well as pots and pans, plates, cuttlery. There is also additional storage shelf behind the kitchen door.

There is a bus stop right outside, that takes you to Surbiton station in 5 mins, and there’s 20 min train to London.
Tesco express right outside as well, and Lidl is 5-10 mins by bus.

I have been living here for the past 3 years and honestly I love it.

Looking for preferably female, but i am open to consider males too. Would like someone clean and respectful.

A bit about me, 32 postgrad, currently between jobs. I like to socialize over a cup of coffee or cheeky dinner, go to the gym, read, but I am more of a homebody that respects quiet time.

Rent is £700 ppm, bills included.
