A bright double room is available in our well-maintained flat in Surbiton.

The room is light and airy and is offered furnished with a bed and desk if helpful but we can remove the desk, depending on your preference.

It also benefits from a large built-in double wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and shelving.

We're looking for a clean, tidy and considerate flatmate who works mainly from the office and is happy to enjoy a peaceful home. Non smokers only and no pets.

A unique benefit of the arrangement is that we split our time between the UK and Europe, so although this is a shared flat we're typically only home for one or two evenings per week. For most of the time, you'll have the flat to yourself.

The property is conveniently located within easy walking distance of Surbiton station (10 mins), local shops, restaurants and amenities.
