Clean, light, newly renovated property. Available from 4th September 2026. Viewings are available on Friday evening after 6:30 pm and on weekends.

The property is in council tax band D. Council tax and bills are not included. My preference is for a 1-month minimum term; however, I will consider shorter-term lets where rent, bills and council tax are payable weekly.

The bedroom is a large double located at the front of the house with an ensuite bathroom renovated in March this year. It has a large fitted mirrored double wardrobe and comes furnished with a double bed and mattress, bedside table, bedside lamp and 2-seater sofa.

Please note that some of the furniture in the photos ( The desk, desk chair, and rug) is the property of the current tenant and will be removed when the room is vacated.

The room was previously used as a self-contained studio, so comes equipped with a kitchen in a cupboard, including a fridge, microwave, 2 gas rings and a sink. There is, however, now access to the main kitchen downstairs. There is also access to the garden and downstairs dining room. Please note one wall in the dining room is currently being repaired; however, this work will be completed before your move-in date.

The property has one tenant residing in the single bedroom from Monday to Friday each week. I was previously a live-in landlord; however, I relocated for work. I retain full access to the property for maintenance and occasionally use the third bedroom at weekends.

The property comes with a driveway; however, I retain the right to use it for property maintenance purposes. There is plenty of free on-street parking available.
