Ensuite room in a shared flat

I am moving out on 21 September 2026 so looking for a tenant to take my contract. If you confirm to move in, you will complete the process with Dexters.

Big en-suite bedroom with private bathroom access with the price at only 800 pcm. Council tax is included but bills (gas, electricity, water and Internet) are not included. Each month is around £70-80 everything combined. Need to share kitchen with three other flatmates. No living room but kitchen is pretty big.

The room comes with unfurnished but I can leave furnitures with you under conditions (bed frame, mattrese, warobe, table, etc.)

15 mins walk away from Surbiton station. No smoker allowed. Hope you are a nice person cause my flatmates are pretty nice people. 1 student and 2 professionals. Long term rolling contract only.
