The house has a lawned garden with patio and there is parking for residents only on the drive. Induction hob, electric oven, washing machine and tumble dryer on premises.

There are three full communal bathrooms each with a shower, and these are shared between six rooms. Largest room has its ownensuite bathroom.

The property is strictly non-smoking - both inside and garden areas and this is strictly enforced.

THE AREA:
The property is less than 10 minutes bus ride from Penrhyn Road Campus an 5 mins to Surbiton station with 24hr bus stop in front of the house: The following buses stop outside the house: 71, 465, 671, K1 and K4. There is also and a Tesco supermarket with ATM/Petrol station only 2 mins away plus takeaway food outlets.

TENANCY REQUIREMENTS:
- Students only (Student status Certificate required)
- Deposit required equivalent to 5 weeks rent
- Monthly rental paid in advance on 1st day of the month
- Guarantor required who will also be next of kin
- International students welcome
- The house will have a mixture of males and females
