All bills included. Visitors not allowed

Sofa bed in the living room for one.

Please be tidy, clean and mindful of gas and electricity. My place is spotless. CCTV camera outside.

15 min walk to river, 12 minutes walk to Teddington Train Station which takes 30 min to Waterloo in Central London.
Many buses stops 2 min away.

Street parking, regulations Monday to Friday 10am to 12pm.

No pets, no smoking and no shoes inside please.
