The studio is independent of the main house with its own entrance. The house is a family home. Neighbours have all lived here for a long time, The studio is very close to Bushy Park (the second biggest park in London) which is perfect for walking, cycling (there are also lime rental bikes around) and you can see plenty of wildlife including deer! Teddington was rated as the best place to live in London in 2021 by The Sunday Times and the borough was rated by its residents as the happiest place to live in the UK in 2023!
