The large bedroom space is tastefully furnished with a new double bed/mattress (with under-bed storage). There is small kitchenette area with mini-fridge, multi-cooker, kettle and coffee machine.

There is a large desk area with smart TV/Monitor, a sofa with reading light, mirrored wardrobe plus large storage cupboards. Velux windows with dual purpose blinds (blackout and daylight). The room is equipped with a large humidifier/fan to keep great air quality.

The room is accessed via the main door of the house. The loft room itself is independently lockable from the inside and outside of the room. Please note, the main house remains privately used.

Teddington is the perfect location - easy travel opportunities for getting into London but also out to the green space of Surrey and beyond.

For nature lovers, Richmond Park, Bushy Park, River Thames, Hampton Court, and Kew Gardens are all within walking distance.

Within the house, we do have 2 cats but other pets are not permitted. Please be aware of this before making enquiries.
