En-suite Loft Room

Hello!

We live in a detached house in central Teddington - 12 minutes walk to the train station, near bus stops.

The room available is the loft room (so you would have the whole top floor to yourself) which is spacious, with a King sized bed and small en-suite bathroom (shower over the bath, sink and toilet). There is a Juliet balcony looking out over the garden. In terms of furniture, there is a king sized bed, chest of drawers and a large rug.

Our current tenant applied for a residents parking permit so i know that is possible but you would sort this out and pay the cost.

Please note - This is a family house rather than a shared house, and we have two young children so are looking for a female tenant who is understanding of this. We are looking for someone who is not going to spend much time in the house but more use it as a 'crash pad' at night rather than using the shared spaces.

Happy to consider short-term lets.
