The apartment is quiet in a park like location and is available for a single professional on a short-term basis. It’s in a very quiet, safe and friendly neighbourhood with no passing traffic. The location is in a conservation area, with off-street parking and close to everything in Kingston, Twickenham, Richmond, London Heathrow Airport, Central London, the river and three Royal Parks. The area is basically a cyclist's, rower's and jogger’s dream! The nearby Hampton Wick train station has many trains to London Waterloo.

The agreement would be a short-term rental agreement with all bills including wifi and council tax included in the rent.

Area and Transport Links: It's a lovely area in South-West London within striking distance of central London (Wimbledon, Clapham (15 mins), Vauxhall, Waterloo (25 mins). Richmond is three stops in the other direction by train, or by bus and there are regular buses to Twickenham, Putney, Fulham and Chelsea are about 20 minutes by car (or there are buses from Kingston, as well as night buses). The apartment is reachable by one bus direct from Heathrow Airport in 25 minutes. Excellent transport links into Central London (Waterloo is 25 minutes) and to Heathrow Airport (bus).

Kingston-Upon-Thames and the River are easy walking distance. Bushy Park is easy walking distance too. Richmond Park is nearby and easy drive by car or bus. Hampton Court Palace can be reached easily via a long walk by the river or a short bus ride. You're also 30 minutes drive from the countryside!

- A good size lounge with sofa, tv unit, and a 4 seat kitchen extendable table
- A good size kitchen with all utensils

Location is in the beautiful river roads area of Teddington village. Bushy Park with its deer is 5 minutes walk away. Easy walk to Hampton Wick, Kingston and Teddington. Shops, cafés and restaurants are close by a 5 minutes walk away including a supermarket.
