🏡 Comfortable double room with a shared bathroom available in a lovely home in Teddington. The landlady is looking for a lodger (male or female - not couples) for an affordable £250 per month to share this lovely home. The lodger would provide 10-15 hours a week of their spare time for affordable accommodation. We are looking for someone over 30 years of age. This is a really special opportunity!

🗺️ LOCATION:
The home is near Teddington Station which has frequent trains to Waterloo and Kingston / Richmond. Please review the map on this advert for the approximate location. We are unable to share the exact location. Teddington is a wonderful place to live with a vibrant highstreet, lovely parks and the river. Personally I think it one of the best areas in London.

🗝️ THE HOUSE:

• The room available – double room with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk, chair.
• Shared bathroom (bath with overhead shower), plus a second shared shower room

• Street parking available (residents permit required, fee payable)
• Pretty garden

🐾 A friendly dog or cat that gets on well with cats is welcome. There are currently no dogs or cats at the home, although the Householder is planning to get a cat in the future, so any companion pet would need to be cat friendly.

🛌 THE HOUSEHOLDER:
The Householder is in her early 40s and has MS. She works part-time and is very independent. She is looking for a lodger who can help with cooking, baking and some shopping, alongside company. She enjoys board games, cards, playing an instrument in a local orchestra, watching TV (a fan of Traitors), reading novels, and cooking and baking. This would suit someone who is happy working from home or going out to their own workplace during the day. The householder’s Dad lives with her part-time.

✔️ ALL BILLS INCLUDED:
£250 per month. (All rent, bills and Share My Home subscription are included in these amounts). There are no other costs. Please note this is an ongoing subscription which ends when you move out.
