Looking for a respectful tenant to occupy a spare double bedroom in a 4-bedroom family home. All bills included+fast broadband.

My partner and I are working professionals in our 30/40s and had tenants before. Looking for a similar minded person who appreciates their own space, likes clean and tidy house (sorry, not suitable for students). Minimum stay 6-12 months.

We have two friendly cats, one of them always in the house. Tenant should be comfortable with pets.

It's a new-build house with modern amenities and a well maintained garden. You will be sharing a bathroom with me and very occasionally with guests, for example, if someone is visiting over Christmas.

You will have access to a shared kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine and filtered drinking water. Shared dinning room with a 6-seater table and an armchair, overlooking the garden.

Your double room is tastefully decorated and comes with a memory foam mattress, mirrored wardrobe, a small desk and a chair. There is space for a chest of drawers which we can provide upon request.

We live on a private quiet road with friendly neighbours. Tolworth station is 10-15min walk. Surbiton - 10min by bus. Kingston - 20min by bus. If you have a car, there is plenty of free street parking. Tolworth high street is 5 min walk with big M&S, Boots, Costa Coffee, Tesco, takeaways, restaurants and a petrol station.

Looking for someone who is an adult, respectful of others and capable of keeping the house clean. The tenant will undergo a comprehensive referencing including income, credit record and ID check.
