Hi! Welcome to my modern 2 bedroom apartment on the Tolworth/ Surbiton border KT6. Are you in need of a flexible stay, not sure of future plans? I have a double bedroom available for rent. The room is furnished with bed, bedding, wardrobe and full length mirror. The flat is tidy and furnished to a comfortable standard, not cluttered. Me myself I work full time (3 days from home) I am quiet to live with, relaxed, enjoy an evening walk and a glass of wine on the balcony. I would be looking to live with someone similar.
The flat is a 15/20 minute walk to Tolworth high street and station. A 5 minute walk to the K1 taking you to Surbiton high street/ station or Kingston.
I do have a 7 year old cockapoo so you would need to be ok with dogs.
