I have a basement flat with its own internal front door accessed via my hallway. It is completely self contained and offers a high degree of privacy.

I am retired and currently have one other male lodger.

The basement does have natural light coming in from ground level.
At the bottom of the stairs is storage and a fridge for your own personal use.
There is a good sized living/bedroom with a double fitted wardrobe and large bathroom- again very private and for your sole use. The main room is 19ft x 9.5ft.

The entire basement benefits from both central and underfloor heating and is fully tanked.

There is a very large open-plan kitchen/ living area in the main house. It is a large Victorian 6 bedroom house, in a remarkably quiet road.

The house has fibre optic broadband .

There is also a beautiful garden with patio area to relax in.

The house is in central Twickenham very close to Church Street and the river, York House and its gardens and Marble Hill Park is a 10 minute walk . We are very well connected to public transport, there being frequent buses locally. The house is a 4 minute walk to Twickenham rail station with fast trains going to Richmond (4 minutes – where you can get on to the London Underground), Clapham Junction (12 Minutes), and Waterloo ( 23 minutes).

The monthly charge includes all bills and high-speed fibre optic internet.
