Hi! I'm Letizia, and together with my current flatmate, Izzy, we're managing the advert. After recently buying my own flat in Streatham, it's time for me to move on, although I'm genuinely sad to be leaving. I've absolutely loved living here, and I'm hoping to find someone who will enjoy this home as much as I have.
You'll be sharing the flat with Izzy, a friendly and easygoing teacher who works locally, Monday to Friday. She's tidy, considerate, and respectful of shared spaces. She enjoys going to the gym, keeping active, and has a great balance between an active social life and quiet evenings at home.

One of my favorite things about living here has been the little routines we built together, chatting on the sofa after work, heading to the gym across the road, or winding down with a movie and a tub of ice cream.
We'd love to find someone who'll fit naturally into that friendly, relaxed atmosphere. We're looking for someone who's tidy, respectful, and easy to live with to take my place.
