Double Room in newly refurbished house by river

I have just finished refurbishing and extending this beautiful house that is a 15 second walk to the river and a 10 second walk to my favourite street in Twickenham, Church Street, known for it’s cobbled paths, independent cafes, shops and restaurants.

Shops within a 5 minute walk include Tesco, Waitrose, Iceland, M&S, Boots, Superdrug and an array of cute charity shops.

I’m looking to rent one room, as shown in the photos that overlooks the garden. It has a brand new bed and mattress and large in built storage! I am covering all costs including electric, gas, water, broadband and council tax.

We are a 6 minute walk to Twickenham station which can take you to Waterloo in 20 minutes. Richmond is super close by; a 3 minute train, 10 minute bus or a 25 minute walk along the river.

By train you can also reach:
- Kingston in 12 minutes
- Clapham Junction in 12 minutes
- Victoria in 27 minutes
- Chiswick business park in 18 minutes
- Heathrow airport in 17 minutes
- Shepperton Studios in 20 minutes

Twickenham gives easy access to green spaces and parks such as Marble Hill Park, Richmond Park, Bushy Park, Twickenham Green and York house gardens.

There are lots of gyms in the area - Pure Gym, David Lloyd, Third Space, Anytime Fitness, The Lensbury, Virgin & Nuffield.

The house has a lovely garden accessible by bifold doors with a comfy outdoor sofa and swingseat to relax on. A modern kitchen, with all new appliances including an instant hot water tap and dishwasher. Newly refurbished bathrooms (including a downstairs toilet), the bathroom for this bedroom (as pictured) will only be used by yourself and Emily. Broadband, Sonos and a new LG TV.

Myself and my housemate Emily are fortunate to live in a lovely, safe community with all the neighbours even sharing a friendly wattsap group where they organise their yearly Christmas drinks. We’re very clean, considerate and kind house, who respect eachother’s space but can also be social and love to have a girl’s movie night!
