The room is furnished with a super-king, 4-poster bed and memory-foam mattress and has plenty of space to feel like a proper bedroom rather than simply somewhere to sleep.

The flat is light, neutral and well maintained, with a generously sized shared sitting room, kitchen with window, shared bathroom and a separate WC. [Extra furniture for the sitting room and kitchen due to be installed by end of August]

We're looking for someone friendly, considerate and tidy who would enjoy living in a relaxed, pleasant home and is happy to share the communal spaces respectfully.

You’ll be sharing with Lucas, 22, a recent Architecture graduate from the University of Liverpool. He’s friendly, easy-going and considerate, with his own interests and social life, but equally happy to have a chat or share the sitting room. He likes a home that feels relaxed, clean and comfortable rather than overly formal.

Lucas’s grandmother lives independently in the ground foor flat below, so we’re looking for someone considerate and fairly quiet at home. The two flats are completely separate, but this probably wouldn’t suit someone looking for a lively or late-night household.
