Female Lodger Wanted – £400 per Month Including Bills
We are looking for a mature, reliable, quiet and considerate female lodger to share a beautiful home in an excellent residential area of Twickenham.
IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE ENQUIRING
This is not a standard room rental.
The room is being offered at a significantly reduced rent of just £400 per month, including energy and water bills, compared with an estimated local market rent of approximately £900 per month.
The successful lodger will be expected to provide light, practical assistance to a lady living in the property, including:
• Helping with grocery shopping once or twice a week
• Helping with light cleaning approximately every two weeks, shared with the other lodger
• Being kind, patient, respectful and considerate
• Being comfortable living in a very quiet household
• Maintaining a peaceful and respectful environment
• visitors are not permitted, but could be considered for a special occasion.
This arrangement would suit a mature working woman who is genuinely happy to help an elderly person, rather than someone simply looking for inexpensive accommodation.
THE ACCOMMODATION
The lodger's accommodation is located in the east wing of the property, with a separate side entrance providing additional privacy and independence with its own private shower and toilet
The room is a double clean and bright with access to a small patio, shared with another lodger the kitchen and washing machine are shared with the other lodger.
RENT & DEPOSIT
Rent: £400 per month – including energy and water bills
Deposit: £150, refundable at the end of the stay subject to the agreed terms and condition of the accommodation.

EXCELLENT TWICKENHAM LOCATION
The property is located in a beautiful, quiet and sought-after residential neighbourhood, surrounded by parks and close to the River Thames - Approximately 5 minutes' walk from Twickenham Station
• Direct trains to London Waterloo in approximately 18–20 minutes

Available from: 4 October 2026
Minimum stay: 6 months
After the initial six-month period, one month's notice is required.
