Springer Spaniel Seeks Flatmates

My name is Alex and this is my boy Sully! We live in a 2 bed 2 bath flat directly opposite Twickenham station and we're looking to for a flatmate.

You'd have your own double room and large separate bathroom. There's an open plan kitchen and living area and two balconies. All white goods are present including dishwasher and dryer. There is also a designated parking spot in a secure gated garage and 24 hour concierge. I'm happy to discuss rent inclusive of bills but council tax is separate (band D).

As a flatmate I'm quiet and tidy, and happy to socialise as much as you're up for. Shared meals, films, outings etc. are all great - my former flatmate and I were really close and even went on holidays together. My hobbies include ballet and horse riding but I'm also a huge homebody. I'm an emergency vet and all my shifts are overnight and long but you needn't worry about being quiet in the daytime.

Sully is fortunately a great flat dog, he's lived in flats all his life and will just chill out quietly indoors. He is really cuddlesome, loves tennis balls and all food, and is just a big silly doofus.

The single most important thing I'm looking for in a flatmate is that you like dogs and like living with them, not just tolerate them. I really want him to be appreciated and loved at home. Of course I would also hope that you're not secretly an axe murderer, and are reasonably clean and considerate. Other than that, I really don't have any preferences regarding your age, job or gender! Couples are absolutely welcome.
