Hi future flat mate ! Female wanted for a 2 bedroom garden flat in central Twickenham with friendly female and cat. Very cheap rent for the area. Twickenham is a great place to live, the neighbors here are nice and there are good shops close by with many bars / restaurants / gyms, etc. and the river Thames is also a short walk away. Great transport links -5 minutes from Twickenham station with frequent direct trains to Waterloo, [ in 20 minutes] Kingston and Clapham Junction, etc. also many buses to Heathrow, Richmond, [where you can pick up the underground and overground] Hampton Court, Kingston, etc. and night buses. The flat has a garden with 2 sheds, the small one only has a bicycle in it which you can use and you can have the rest of the shed for extra storage. Fast fiber broadband, washing machine, dryer, double oven, TV, Netflix etc. The room is a small double, fully furnished with a pine desk, chair, pine double bed and pine shelving and a wardrobe. There is shared use of the kitchen, lounge, dining room, garden and bathroom which has a bath and a shower.. The bed is fairly new and comfy and has drawers under it and there are black out curtains on the window. I'm an ex advertising model who now works in homelessness / mental health [my degree was psychology] and I an very easy to get on with.
The room is £700 per month with no bills and references and a £300 security deposit would be appreciated.
