On street parking via permit (application / fee payable to Hillingdon Council) , on U1 & U9 bus routes, 20 minute walk to Uxbridge tube. Close to M40 & M25 road network. All bills included - Council tax, fast fibre broadband wifi, electric, water, gas central heating.
Looking for a professional person who will look after the property and keep it clean and tidy. I would consider a couple and would negotiate the price to include. The property is not suitable for pets, children or party animals.
