ABOUT NEW HOUSEMATE:
We hope to find a new female housemates who is social, respectful and tidy. We like to keep a clean house as much as possible. All we ask for is that we respect each other’s privacy/property, to clean up after ourselves in the communal spaces, and to all pitch in and help deep clean the house on occasions.

We would like the house to feel like a home, somewhere to socialise and feel relaxed, rather than a house shared with strangers/acquaintances! We would really like to get to know the person we end up living with and hopefully become good friends.

We often enjoy hanging out reading together, watching tv, cooking or getting take out.

ABOUT CURRENT HOUSEMATES:
Two female housemates, both full time professionals working approx 9-5. We like to be in bed early as we’re often up early, therefore not looking for any party animals.

There is a boyfriends who visit the house often, therefore the new housemate should be comfortable and accepting of this.

We have four indoor cats who live here too.

ABOUT THE PROPERTY:
Double room to become available.

£650 including council tax, wifi, water, gas and electric.

Room comes with a bed and a 3-drawer chest of drawers. Lots of storage space on the shelves, under the bed and across the hallway is a cupboard/wardrobe for your use.

Very large communal area, large kitchen/dining room and large lounge.

Two bathrooms; smaller one can be used solely by the new tenant (see picture).

There is no parking space on the drive available, but a paid residents permits would be available for down the road parking.

Our location is perfect for commuters as it’s a 10 minute walk to Uxbridge Station (Met and Piccadilly Lines ), or a 10 minute bus ride to West Drayton Station (Elizabeth line)
