The ensuite bathroom also comes with a built-in modern wardrobe space. 10-minute walk from this address to Uxbridge town centre which also has various bus stops and the Uxbridge underground tube station. 30 min tube ride into Wembley and 50min into Zone 1 London.

You will be able to have full use of the kitchen which comes with a private fridge and freezer. You will also be able to have full use of the laundry amenities [washer and dryer included] in the utility room.

If you have a car, that is an extra GBP150/month to park in the allocated spot in front of the property.

Generally, no guests are allowed and no cooking pork in-house.
Need to be a neat and tidy person.
