Brunel University London - Clifton Hall

Hi,

I am planning to move out from my Uni accommodation (Clifton Hall, see attached picture and video (actual). Strictly looking for a Female postgraduate student of Brunel University London only. The place will be available mid-January 2024 (preferabbly 15th January or later) to continue my contract with the University.

It is around 560-600 per month and including bills and utility, I would also ask you to share with me the payment for processing the move-out/move in with the Uni (350 pounds). The unit comes with a sharing kitchen (with 11 girls) and toilet/bathroom (with 5 girls). It is really convenient since it is inside the university, there is a grocery store nearby and it is just one bus ride away from the Civic Centre. There are also cleaners coming in to clean the bathroom and the kitchen twice a week, and regular checks for the safety of appliances, heating, and everything around the flat is maintained.
