Lovely double spacious room for female profession

Hi & Welcome to my home :-)

I am a female professional working in the civil service. I have a lovely 4 bedroom house in the Cowley/Uxbridge area. I share this with my cousin who commutes so he is only here 3 nights a week.

I have a lovely double room to rent. The room comes with the bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, and anything else you are welcome to bring.

I am looking for a professional to share my home, ideally someone with a similar lifystyle.
I work full time so I usually only at home in the evenings and weekends.

The house has been renovated with a solid oak floor, and new carpets. The kitchen has many appliances (washer / dryer, airfryer, microwave etc etc) and the whole house has been painted. Secure parking is available as well as street parking. There is also access to a nice garden. The room is overlooking a green space where horses are kept. All the bills are included.

Easy access to Heathrow, Hillingdon hospital, Brunel University, Uxbridge station (10 minutes bus) and West Drayton station 20 mins walk (5 mins in car) on the Elizabeth line. There are a lot of buses that go to Uxbridge and the house is Within 5 minutes walking distance to lots of shops including Tesco, Aldi and restaurants. Free parking and easy access to M4 and 25.
